Our customers personal details are collected for the purpose of providing our products and services to you, in order to contact users regarding these products and services, and for demographic analysis of our customers. Sans Souci Inn is committed to maintaining the privacy of our customers. Customers are also well protected by New Zealand's privacy laws which forbid:
- The use of this information for purposes other than those for which the information was originally collected.
- The distribution of personally identifying information to any third party.
These conditions may only be broken with the express consent of the user, or by court order.
Booking Cancellation Policy
No charges apply for cancellations with 7 days or more notice and short notice cancellations, if the resulting vacancy can be filled. Cancellations for Travel Groups one month prior to arrival date.
Cancellations for individual travellers not later than 7 days prior to arrival date. Short notice cancellations may result in fees up to one night's accommodation. The amount depends on the loss, or potential loss of business, and additional cost in the particular case.
For no shows (not turned up and no cancellation) the full rate applies for the duration of the booking including booked meals.
